More Than a Game: The GAA Scholarship Linking USA Players to University College Dublin
The UCD Brian Mullins Ambassador Award for Gaelic Games was established in 2024 for recipients to pursue their academic goals at University College Dublin (UCD), while promoting Gaelic games and cultural exchange across the USA and Ireland. In memory of the great former Dublin player and former Director of Sport at UCD, Brian Mullins, the programme aims to provide financial support for US students on their academic and sporting journeys.

QUID GAMES
NY GAA will be running the game show QUID Games on Friday May 15th. Based on the hit Netflix show, QUID games is a series of skilled based challenges. There will be six knock out games, competitors will compete against each other to win the cash price.

Solace Sunrise Walk Returns to Gaelic Park
This year, the Solace House Sunrise walk is back in Gaelic Park! On Saturday May 30th we will undertake the Darkness into Light Walk and we ask as many members to join us. Solace House is a worthy charity for suicide prevention and mental health, which unfortunately many of us have been affected by.

Awards Ceremony 2026
We’re delighted to announce that the awards night for both all Ireland champions will take place on March 19th in the Irish Consulate NYC. 2025 was a historic year for New York GAA and we will be celebrating the incredible wins of the Lory Meagher Cup and the Junior All Ireland Cup. With a special guest, Uachtarán Chumann Lúthchleas Gael, Jarlath Burns will be in attendance to present the medals.
